A website dedicated to the Type 2 owner covering vehicles from 1950 to the present day. The Volkswagen Type 2 Owners Club is a great place to start when researching the model and gathering information, or just to browse through and pick up some hints and tips.

The Split Screen Van Club specialise in just the early, pre ’67 Split window vans. The website is very informative and has a very active forum covering all aspects of the early Bus scene. You'll also find links to the BWA (Buses with Attitude van racing club!) and information about the annual Brighton Breeze event.

www.volkszone.com is one of the worlds biggest VW communities, with a huge and very active forum section covering everything from general chat, through cars and parts for sale, and also technical assistance and specialist advice on topics suck as drag racing. There's even a great 'facebook' style VW-specific section, which is a great way to meet and socialise with likeminded VW enthusiasts from around the world!

If you like Resto-Cal style VWs, you'll love this site. The Restowagen crew always put on suck a great show at UK (and European!) VW events that we simply couldn't leave these guys out! There's a great forum, which is one of the worlds best resources of all things resto-cal. If low, narrow and packed with extras is your thing, then restowagen is where it's at for you.

The VW van scene is far more diverse than some imagine, and this T25 (T3) van website is a mecca fans of the marque. The forum is always busy, and there's even a vans for sale section for those in the market for something new. The site is also a great source of information about all things T3, and is a 'must-see' for anyone interested in the model.

The latest boom in VW circles is surely the T4 van, especially in the South West of England where lowered and 'rimmed' T4 vans and surf buses are literally everywhere!
